We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving general practice. Our office has a rich history of fostering strong patient relationships and delivering exceptional dental care. Since transitioning to new ownership under Dr. Josephs in January 2026, we’ve maintained our commitment to a patient-first environment while focusing on the well-being of our team.
At our practice, we pride ourselves on being more than just a dental office – we are a dedicated team that supports each other in providing top-notch care and creating an inviting atmosphere for our patients. We have been affectionately referred to as a "unicorn office" by temporary hygienists both past and present, a testament to our unique and supportive culture. We believe that every team member plays a crucial role in our success, and we strive to ensure that you feel welcomed, valued, and prepared for each day's challenges.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will play a vital role in patient care, performing cleanings, providing preventive education, and working collaboratively with our awesome team to deliver the highest standard of dental hygiene services. With a one-on-one patient schedule, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients, spending 60 minutes on recall appointments, and 90 minutes with new patients and for scaling and root planing (SRP).
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55-65, along with a generous benefits package, including PTO, matching 401(k), and healthcare stipends. Our regular office hours are Monday to Thursday, providing a balanced schedule to support your professional and personal life.
