Associate Doctor

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a thriving and rapidly growing practice that delivers comprehensive care across a wide range of services, including general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is confident providing broad-based patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment and who values the ability to practice at the top of their skill set.

This is a full-time position in a modern, beautiful new practice that opened in May and has continued to grow at a fast pace. The practice is built around a strong foundation of excellence, efficiency, and patient-centered care. It is currently led by a single experienced dentist and supported by a wonderful team with substantial back-end assistance, allowing the clinical team to focus on delivering outstanding dentistry. The environment is structured to support both quality care and professional growth.

The practice model includes both single-doctor and multi-doctor dynamics, with a strong emphasis on comprehensive treatment planning and continuity of care. Patients are served through a mix of PPO and private insurance arrangements, creating a stable and diverse patient base. The team culture is collaborative, positive, and centered on helping each team member succeed. Open parking is available for convenience, and a one-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and possess strong clinical skills as a general doctor. The ideal candidate is confident, dependable, and able to manage a variety of cases with professionalism and care. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient education, and a desire to contribute to a growing practice are all important qualities for this role.

This position is available due to the continued expansion of the practice. Compensation will be discussed in person.
