Dental Hygienist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monterey Dental Contours is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. We are a modern dental office committed to delivering exceptional clinical care and an outstanding patient experience.

We are looking for a hygienist who values quality dentistry, patient education, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform comprehensive periodontal and preventive hygiene services
Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Assist in developing individualized treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Eaglesoft
Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
