We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice in Arlington, TX. For over 17 years, we have been committed to delivering comprehensive restorative and aesthetic dentistry to our community. Our practice is known for combining evidence-based clinical protocols with a tranquil, patient-centered environment, ensuring optimal outcomes and efficiency in dental care.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our commitment to high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, taking x-rays, and providing education on oral health and hygiene practices. You'll work closely with our experienced team led by Dr. Ayas, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for.

We operate on a part-time basis, three days a week, with two Saturdays a month, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our practice places a strong emphasis on professional growth. We encourage our team members to pursue continuing education opportunities and embrace advanced technologies to stay updated with current best practices.

In our culturally diverse practice, communication is key. Our staff collectively speaks five languages, which enables us to provide nuanced consultations and effective treatment planning for our wide-ranging patient base. Our goal is to empower patients by integrating education into every phase of care, helping them make informed decisions that align with their clinical needs and financial goals.
