Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

We are a small, growing periodontal office located in Westchester NY seeking a dedicated front office team member to join our dynamic practice. Our team includes 3 experienced periodontists, a skilled hygienist and 1 dental assistant. If you have a passion for patient care and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, supporting treatment planning, and ensuring that our front office runs smoothly. We value an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multi-specialty practice setting that includes general dentistry, periodontics, and PPO services.
The interview and training takes places at the Grand Central location. Please note that when there aren't any patients in the Westchester location, you may be asked to work at the Grand Central location.
Extra plus if you have a car and drive!

Our office utilizes Open Dental scheduling software, and you will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and masks.
