Hygienst for a boutique practice

We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a modern, patient-centered dental practice specializing in general and private care. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who values high-quality clinical work and exceptional patient service.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene care and patient education while helping maintain the highest standards of oral health. Responsibilities include performing routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, charting, assessing oral health conditions, taking necessary diagnostic records, and reinforcing preventive care recommendations. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient, high-quality care and a positive experience for every patient.

Because we see one patient at a time, you will have the opportunity to deliver focused, personalized care without feeling rushed. The ideal candidate will be confident, dependable, and comfortable working in a modern practice that values both clinical excellence and patient comfort.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience and a strong commitment to professional growth. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent chairside manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Our practice offers a full range of services, including routine exams and cleanings, tooth bonding, Invisalign®, ICON™ white spot removal, root canal therapy, Botox for TMJ, and prompt treatment for dental emergencies.
