Dental Assistant/Floater
LOCATION
New Providence, NJWe are seeking a dependable, compassionate dental assistant to support our busy pediatric dental practice. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to providing a positive, welcoming office experience.
Responsibilities include, preparing patients for treatment, assisting chairside during procedures, taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, and helping with front-to-back office flow as needed. Strong communication skills, a calm and friendly attitude, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements for this position include, a high school education, an X-ray license, and at least one year of dental assisting experience. Experience in pediatric dentistry is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to support the clinical team with professionalism and efficiency.
This full-time position offers $19–$22 per hour depending on experience, along with bonus opportunities, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. A one-hour unpaid lunch break is provided. Parking is available in the building’s parking lot for convenience.
