Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time
Blush Dental Orthodontics & Implants is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are preferred.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday:7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
* Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
* Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
* Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed)
* Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene
* Identify and communicate treatment needs to the doctor
* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
* Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
* Provide exceptional patient care while creating a comfortable and positive experience
Qualifications
* Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
* Current CPR certification
* Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification (if required by state)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
* **Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred**
