In our general practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a single doctor, offering a cohesive and personalized approach to patient care. You will be responsible for performing thorough cleanings, applying preventive treatments, and providing valuable education to patients about their oral health. Your expertise in hygienist skills coupled with a local anesthesia license will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the best care tailored to their specific needs.

Our practice works primarily with PPO and private insurance plans, enabling us to reach a diverse group of patients. You will play a critical role in enhancing their experience by educating them on the importance of dental hygiene and guiding them through our treatment options. We believe that informed patients are empowered patients, and your ability to communicate effectively will foster lasting relationships.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety and sterilization protocols, ensuring the health and well-being of both our team and our patients. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, and N95 masks to keep everyone safe.

As a part-time member of our growing practice, you’ll enjoy a supportive work environment where professionalism and teamwork thrive. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $55 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, along with benefits that include insurance coverage and paid time off.
