Our warm, well-established family dental practice — 3 doctors, 2 hygienists, and genuinely wonderful patients — is looking for a Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator to be the friendly first face of our office.
This role is more than answering phones. You'll be the glue that keeps our schedule running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, shows up reliably, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys people. If you're the kind of person coworkers trust and patients remember by name, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
• Answer and route incoming calls with a friendly, professional tone
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Greet patients and help create a welcoming first impression
• Check-in/check-out, take payments
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Make recare/recall calls to keep patients on track with their care
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of front-desk, scheduling, or customer service experience (dental/medical office experience a plus, but not required)
• A positive, can-do attitude, even on busy days
• Dependable and punctual — someone we can count on every day
• A clear, warm communicator, in person and on the phone
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
