Dental Assistant Pediatrics

A dental assistant is needed to join our team!

Must be friendly, detail-oriented, have good communication skills, be self- motivated and be a team player to work in a fast pace office. The office hours are 8 to 5:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays with some Fridays. The office is fully digital. Looking for someone eager to learn and to grow in the practice.

Duties will include but limited to:

Chairside dental assisting
4 handed dentistry
Taking digital radiographs
Sterilization of instruments
Maintaining cleanliness of the rooms and office
Turning over the rooms
Helping hygiene with x-rays and turnover
Light front desk opportunities
Answering telephones
Checking in and out patients
X-ray license is needed.

We are a busy pediatric dental office that has been open for over 15 years. We take care of infants, children, teenagers to adults that are special needs. Its an extremely rewarding field being able to make a positive influence on children and to help the special needs patients. It is a small practice with one doctor and one hygienist but it is a fast pace office. We are all team players and everyone helps each other out. The front helps out with the back and likewise the dental assistants help out with the front.
