Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and patient payments.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling software is an advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
