Full-time Dental Hygienist Needed

We are a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced and compassionate dental hygienist to join our friendly team. Our office is a general dentistry practice with a multi-doctor team committed to delivering exceptional care in a warm, professional, and supportive environment. This full-time role is ideal for a hygiene professional who values collaboration, strong clinical skills, and a positive patient experience. You will work in a modern, well-established office that supports efficiency while maintaining a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Depending on the day, you may see one patient at a time or work double-booked with dedicated hygiene assistant support. Appointments are typically one hour per patient, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive hygiene services, taking digital x-rays, using intraoral cameras, reviewing findings with patients, and supporting preventive oral health education. Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a team-centered environment with multiple doctors.

Requirements include an active RDH license in Washington State. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and informed.

Full-time employee benefits include insurance, PTO, and a retirement account. Compensation is up to $110 hourly for double-booked appointments. The office provides face shields, goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks to support safe and effective care. A 30-minute lunch break is provided, and parking is available in our on-site private lot.
