LOCATION
Fate, TXI’m Dr. Neal Bhatt, owner of Greenhill Family Dental in Fate/Rockwall, just outside Dallas.
We’re growing quickly, and I’m looking for an associate dentist with ideally 1–3 years of experience who wants more than just another associate position.
If you’ve gotten comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry but are thinking:

We’re a busy, modern private practice with strong patient flow, a great team, and a significant investment in technology. I personally perform implants and complex/full-mouth cases, and I enjoy mentoring dentists who want to expand their clinical skill set.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow into procedures like implant dentistry, surgical cases, complex restorative treatment and comprehensive treatment planning—with mentorship available rather than being expected to figure everything out yourself.
We have CBCT, digital scanners, a fully equipped surgical setup, and a philosophy of keeping as much dentistry in-house as makes sense.
💰 COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
• $1,000–$1,500/day guarantee to start
• 30–35% of collections
• Strong upside as your production grows
• Potential $250K–$600K+ annual earnings depending on schedule, production, procedure mix and collections
• Full-time or part-time flexibility
But the bigger opportunity is clinical growth.
I’m looking for someone who is coachable, motivated, good with patients, and interested in becoming an exceptional comprehensive dentist—not someone who simply wants to punch a clock.
You’ll have autonomy, but you’ll also have another dentist available when you want to discuss a case, treatment plan something complicated, or learn a procedure.
And if you’re the right person and we grow well together, I’m open to discussing a future path toward leadership and potentially ownership/partnership.
