We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice that specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about dental health and patient care.
As a dental hygienist with us, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings using a variety of techniques, including ultrasonic scaling and hand instrumentation. You will also conduct gingivitis screenings, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal assessments to ensure patients receive the most thorough evaluations.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in antibiotic therapy, antimicrobial placement, and Arestin therapy. A proficiency in dental charting and experience with DEXIS for digital X-rays will also be essential in delivering quality care. We highly value teamwork, so the ability to work collaboratively with our single-doctor practice is a must.
At our practice, you will see one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized treatment. We provide a supportive environment with available parking in our lot, ensuring a stress-free commute.
Safety is a top priority; therefore, we provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, allowing you to focus on delivering the best care.
In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-62, along with paid time off (PTO) to promote a healthy work-life balance. You will enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your shifts, providing the rest you need to perform your best. Available days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
