Associate Dentist — Atwater CA | $800-1000/day + Production

Atwater Dental Care is a well-established, owner-operated general dental practice in Merced County that is growing steadily. We're hiring a full-time associate dentist to help us meet expanding patient demand as our owner-dentist steps back from chairside hours.
Schedule: 4 days/week to start (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 9 AM–5 PM), expanding to 5 days/week (adding Wednesday) within the first 3-6 months as our patient base grows. Saturday and Sunday off.

Compensation:
Daily guarantee: $800–1000/day (based on experience) OR 30% of net adjusted production minus 30% of lab fees, whichever is greater, paid monthly
$10,000 signing bonus (2-year forgiveness, pro-rated)

Requirements:
DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
GPR/AEGD residency OR 1+ year clinical experience
Active California dental license (or eligible and in process)
Comfort with comprehensive general dentistry — restorative, crown-and-bridge, extractions, routine endo, hygiene exams
Strong chairside manner, patient-first mindset
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus (not required)
