The Role:
We’re expanding our leadership team as we add exciting new services to our practice. That’s where you come in! We need an Office Manager who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and loves to plan. This isn’t just scheduling and collections (though that’s part of it)—we’re looking for someone with medical billing experience, operational strategy skills, and the drive to lead multiple departments to greatness.
You will play a key role in creating, implementing and overseeing new systems, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure smooth daily operations, support patient care, and enable the practice to grow efficiently. Partnering closely with the executive team, you’ll help shape the future of our office while maintaining excellence in every detail of the present.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the implementation of our specialty service offering expansion (airway, ortho, TMJ, medical billing, and more)—including developing systems, training the team, coordinating with payors/insurance, and ensuring smooth rollout across the practice.
• Drive accountability across departments, helping each team member succeed in their role while contributing to the bigger picture
• Monitor office operations with precision and detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Support treatment planning discussions and ensure patients receive a seamless experience from diagnosis through completion.
• Partner with the executive team on long-term strategy, growth, and scaling initiatives.
Who You Are:
• Experience managing teams of 7-10 individuals
• A natural organizer who loves creating systems, processes, and structure.
• Highly detail-oriented and precise—you notice the small things that others miss.
• Comfortable leading treatment plan conversations with patients and coaching others to do the same.
• A strong communicator who can adapt messaging for patients, team members, and executives alike.
• Driven by accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
