Alpharetta Dental Care is a modern, patient-focused private dental practice known for high-quality care and a welcoming, elevated experience. We’re hiring a part-time Front Desk Dental Receptionist who is organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping patients—while keeping the front office running smoothly. This role will start part-time, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position as our office continues to grow.

Core Responsibilities:
Greeting patients, checking patients in/out, and keeping the schedule flowing
Answering phones, confirming appointments, and handling reschedules professionally
Verifying dental insurance, entering patient information, and maintaining accurate profiles
Collecting payments, discussing balances, and supporting basic billing tasks
Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Supporting an excellent patient experience from the first call to the end of the visit
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Detail-oriented and comfortable following systems/processes
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Dental front desk experience is a plus
Open Dental experience is a plus (not required)
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
