Join our dynamic dental practice, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient-centered care for over 21 years. Our cosmetic and family-focused office, featuring a diverse team with two full-time doctors and two hygienists, is excited to welcome a new front office professional to enhance our patient experience.
In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for key administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your exceptional time management and organizational skills will be vital as you handle patient scheduling using Dentrix, presenting treatment plans using Dentrix, provide educational support to patients, and uphold our core values of professionalism, ethics, and creating remarkable value in every interaction.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in dental office environments, particularly in general, periodontics, and multi-doctor settings. Proficiency in customer service, patient education, and knowledge of PPO dental insurance will be essential for success.
