What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the liaison between doctor and patient, guiding patients through their recommended treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
• Present comprehensive treatment options with a focus on cosmetic outcomes, financing, and scheduling, ensuring patient understanding and commitment.
• Build rapport and trust, using your sales experience to support case acceptance and patient education.
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to completion of care.
• Follow up with patients proactively, providing support and answering questions to maintain high levels of engagement and retention.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a treatment coordinator or sales role in a dental, cosmetic, or medical aesthetic setting.
• Proven ability to present high-value cases with confidence and compassion.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive and cosmetic dental procedures including veneers, Invisalign, implants, smile design, etc.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with financial discussions and patient financing options.
• A polished, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
