Registered DENTAL Hygienist
LOCATION
Laingsburg, MIWe are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered dental hygienist to join our busy general dentistry practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working closely with the doctor in a team-oriented environment. Our current hygienist is retiring, and we are looking for someone who can step into a valued role with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality care.
In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services for one patient at a time, allowing you the focus needed to deliver thorough, individualized treatment. Adult appointments are typically scheduled for one hour, and children’s appointments are typically 30 minutes. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and proficient in charting, note-taking, removing accretions, and delivering careful, complete hygiene care.
Our practice offers a wide scope of general dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, fixed and removable restorations, implant restoration, and Invisalign. We use modern digital systems and value efficiency, accuracy, and comfort in every aspect of care. Experience with DEXIS, intraoral cameras, iTero, Dentrix Ascend, digital X-rays, fixed prosthodontics, implants, Invisalign, orthodontics, and veneers is highly beneficial.
We are a digital and paperless office and use advanced technology to support high-quality treatment and seamless patient communication. The office provides a full range of PPE, including face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Benefits include PTO, a CEU allowance, and bonuses available for Invisalign sign-ups. We also offer a lunch break ranging from 30 minutes to an hour, and parking is available behind the office. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour, based on experience.
