Orthodontic Dental Assistant

LOCATION

Spring, TX

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting with orthodontic procedures and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the placement and removal of orthodontic braces
- Seat orthodontic bands and appliances
- Take dental impressions
- Fabricate and deliver retainers as directed
- Assist with Invisalign treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Orthodontic Assistant required
- Proficient in placing and removing braces, bands, and orthodontic appliances
- Experience taking impressions and managing retainers
- Invisalign experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Current certifications and licensure as required by state regulations

Preferred Experience:

Orthodontics: 1+ years
Invisalign: 1+ year
