Evolve Dental Office (small private practice) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. With a commitment to competent and compassionate services, we believe creating a welcoming environment is essential for both our patients and staff. Our practice, which has been a cornerstone in the community since the 1960s, was recently rejuvenated under the leadership of Dr. McGowen. We are excited about the innovations we’ve introduced, including the modern GBT system for hygiene treatments, as well as advanced digital x-ray technology and CBCT imaging.

As a Dental Hygienist at Evolve, you will play a crucial role in our patient care process, utilizing your specialized skills to perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments, including periodontal screenings and treatments. You will be responsible for executing various procedures such as scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and air polishing, while educating patients on optimal oral hygiene practices. Your expertise will ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care while fostering a positive experience throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental hygiene practices, be CPR certified, and knowledgeable in the use of intraoral cameras. Familiarity with Open Dental software and Sirona Sidexis radiography is preferred but can be trained. Additionally, a friendly demeanor and commitment to patient education will help you thrive within our team-oriented atmosphere.

We offer a competitive pay rate, along with great benefits including insurance coverage, paid time off, supplemental AFLAC, and a 401K plan. You will enjoy a supportive work environment with a one-hour lunch break from 12:40 PM to 1:40 PM. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
