We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support our providers during treatment, help deliver exceptional patient care, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.

Our specialty practice combines clinical excellence, state-of-the-art technology, and a patient-centered approach to provide a comfortable and positive treatment experience. Schedule

The current schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. As the needs of the practice evolve, workdays may change. We are seeking a candidate who is flexible and willing to adapt to schedule adjustments as needed.

Oakbrook Endodontic Associates operates three locations: Oak Brook, Naperville, and Plainfield. Candidates must be willing to travel between offices as needed and maintain flexibility to support the needs of all locations.

Responsibilities

Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors by assisting, charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up
Deliver a superior patient experience throughout all phases of treatment
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Ensure infection control protocols are followed, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations

Qualifications

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Dental Assistant and Dental Radiology certifications in accordance with state regulations and practice standards
1+ years of dental assisting experience

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced specialty practice environment
Ability to travel between office locations as needed
