Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned, general practice located in Everett, Washington. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm. You will be an essential part of our close-knit team comprised of two front office staff, two dental assistants, and typically two hygienists, all working together to provide exceptional care to our patients.

In our practice, we prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. You will work in a well-equipped environment, utilizing essential tools such as a Cavitron, ultrasonic scaler, and digital radiography to deliver top-notch dental hygiene services.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of dental hygiene duties, including but not limited to calculus removal, gingivitis screening and treatment, oral cancer screening, and patient education. You will have opportunities to apply your skills in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, performing periodontal treatments, and conducting thorough oral hygiene instruction. With our focus on individualized patient care, you will typically see one patient at a time, allocating sufficient time to ensure each visit is productive and informative.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $68 to $78 per hour, commensurate with experience, and an array of benefits including paid time off (PTO) and a 401k plan. Our office fully supports your health and safety, providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including nitrile gloves and regular masks.
