Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our privately owned general dental practice on a full-time basis. Our team is dedicated to providing preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care to military service members, veterans, and their families. Every team member plays an important role in delivering exceptional patient care, and we value professionals who are committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and a positive chairside experience.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services with a strong focus on prevention, patient communication, and clinical accuracy. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to deliver attentive, personalized care. New patient exams are typically scheduled for 90 minutes, giving you the time needed to complete thorough assessments, take detailed records, and support each patient’s oral health goals. This position is ideal for a licensed dental hygienist who enjoys building trust with patients and contributing to long-term oral wellness.

Our practice invests in advanced technology to support both patient comfort and clinical efficiency. We utilize state-of-the-art iTero® 3D digital scanners for highly accurate, impression-free imaging, and we are transitioning to Dentrix Ascend®, a cloud-based practice management system with built-in clinical AI that helps streamline workflows, improve documentation, and support informed decision-making. We are committed to maintaining a modern, efficient environment that helps our team provide the highest quality care.

The work environment is designed with safety and comfort in mind. Onsite parking is available, and we provide essential PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, and respirator masks. Full-time team members receive a one-hour lunch break.

Required qualifications include an active Dental Hygienist License and a strong commitment to professional standards, patient-centered care, and teamwork.
