Dental Patient Coordinator

Sage Dental Care is seeking a Traveling Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a Monday-Friday position supporting two of our practices located in Lafayette and Boulder, CO. Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm and Fridays: 8am to 2pm
**Travel required between the two locations throughout the week**

Compensation: $19-$23/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Your Role:
*Patient Check-In/Out: Greet patients warmly, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
*Payment & Insurance Processing: Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
*Scheduling & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
*Treatment Plan Assistance: Work alongside dentists to review treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options.
*Phone & Office Support: Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
*Dental Front Office Experience - At least one year is required
*Strong Customer Service Skills – Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
*Reliable & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Insurance Knowledge – Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections
*Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus)
*Excellent Communication – Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions
*Ability to Travel Between Offices – Reliable transportation required
