Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Bellmore, NYWe are seeking a licensed dental hygienist for 2 or 3 days/week to join a well-established general dental practice with more than 30 years of trusted service to the community. This is a full-time opportunity in a professional, patient-centered environment where teamwork, quality care, and a calm, respectful atmosphere are valued every day. Our practice is led by a solo practitioner who is kind, friendly, conscientious, and easy to work with, making this an excellent setting for someone who enjoys a supportive and straightforward workplace.
This position is available due to the continued growth of our practice, and we are looking for a confident hygienist who is comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality preventive care. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team. Confidence in your abilities is especially important, as you will be responsible for providing thorough care and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
In this role, you will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus fully on each individual. Scheduling is designed to support quality and efficiency, with approximately 45 minutes allocated for adult recall appointments and 1 hour for new patient visits. A 1-hour lunch break is provided each day, and parking is available in the lot of the building for your convenience.
We are looking for a candidate who is a licensed RDH and ready to contribute to a stable, growing general practice.
