Our office operates under a multi-doctor model, catering primarily to PPO patients, which allows for a diverse range of clinical experiences and a collaborative work environment. As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and maintaining a positive and comfortable atmosphere for each individual. You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, spending an hour with each to ensure thorough treatment and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth, applying fluoride treatments, and taking dental radiographs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to develop treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office setting.
- Valid state license to practice dental hygiene.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive daily rate ranging from $325 to $350.
