What You Will Be Doing (Your Impact): Your primary focus will be supporting our surgeons in delivering world-class care, ensuring every procedure is seamless, and every patient feels confident.
* Assist with surgical procedures, including local and IV sedation cases.
* Maintain impeccable, highly detailed patient record keeping (digital x-rays, impressions, photos, and vital signs).
* Master efficient sterilization procedures, tray set-ups, and room breakdown.
* Ensure all operatories and surgical equipment are meticulously maintained and organized.
* Contribute proactively to a positive, cohesive team environment across both our Oakbrook Terrace and Glenview offices (travel between locations required as needed).

Preferred Experience: 2+ years of Dental Assisting, ideally with Periodontal Surgery exposure, is preferred but not mandatory for a standout candidate.
