Treatment Coordinator (Sales Experience Required, Dental Experience Preferred)

Full-Time · In-Person · Base + Performance Bonus + Team Profit Share

We’re not looking for a closer or someone who relies on high pressure sales tactics. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people make confident decisions about their health and who wants to be rewarded like a partner as the practice grows.

City of Angels Dentistry is a fee-for-service (fully out of network) comprehensive wellness and cosmetic dental practice in downtown LA, with a high-end patient model and a team culture built around excellence. This role is new, created because we’re ready to grow intentionally and we want the right person in place from day one. Low volume practice, with high standards and shared accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

You’re the first voice a new patient hears and the last conversation before they say yes. Your lane is clear:
- Answer or return every new patient inquiry
- Convert phone inquiries into scheduled consultations
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Offer financing options naturally
- Follow up on every unconverted case with a structured, no-pressure cadence
- Keep a weekly pipeline so no lead ever goes cold
- Work directly with our marketing partner to give feedback on lead quality
- Help keep the doctor’s chair full with high-value, right-fit patients
- You won't have to deal with insurance, we outsource our insurance verifications and insurance billing

What this role is NOT:
High-pressure. We don’t push. We educate, we listen, we guide. Our best patients come back because they trust us, and that trust starts with you. You learn patients goals and their "why."

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Team Profit Share: 20% of net practice profit after employee expenses and before tax, shared across the team. When the practice wins, you win.

Total Earning Potential: Unlimited.

We’re a growing Fee For Service practice investing in the right team. As production grows, so does what everyone takes home. This isn’t a dental office job, it’s a stake in something being built.
