General Dentist / Partner

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

An exceptional General Dentist / Prosthodontist who:
Thrives on patient education and trust-building.
Is comfortable with intraoral scanning, 3D imaging, and explaining findings on-screen.
Sees teamwork and multi-specialty care as strengths, not competition.
Embraces transparent, no-pressure communication—no treatment begins unless the patient is 100% confident.
Is excited to help build a practice culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Dental implant experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient understanding and comfort.
Collaborate closely with hygiene, specialty, and admin teams to deliver seamless multi-specialty care.
Create or review personalized video summaries for patients with complex treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely digital records and communication.
Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and constant improvement.

Requirements:

DMD or DDS degree and valid Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
2+ years of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads considered if they meet mindset/skill criteria. Residency training is a plus.
Proficiency (or strong interest) in digital dentistry: intraoral scanners, 3D imaging, digital charting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Russian/Ukranian is a plus
