Dental Patient Coordinator

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? We are a privately owned, multi-specialty dental group seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Plan and Patient Coordinator to join our friendly team full-time.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing treatment plans and coordinating patient schedules using Eaglesoft software. Your excellent communication and writing skills will be essential in educating patients about their treatment options and insurance coverage.

We value reliability and punctuality, along with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar role, and a willingness to learn and grow within the dental field, we want to hear from you! Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus.

Our office prioritizes safety and provides personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and level 3 masks. Enjoy a full one-hour lunch break, on-site parking, and competitive benefits, including health insurance, 401K, dental benefits, and paid time off.
