We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Dentist to become a valued member of our thriving dental practice. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and present effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide high-quality general and restorative dental services utilizing modern dental technologies, including digital radiographs.
- Educate patients on preventative dental care and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates committed to growth are welcome.
- Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment planning, particularly in restorative dentistry. Experience with root canal procedures and extractions is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and Open Dental software.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
