We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

This position is about more than cleaning teeth. Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health, feel comfortable in our practice, and take ownership of their treatment and long-term dental health.

What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable experience for new patients from the moment they enter the hygiene room.
- Complete necessary digital X-rays and diagnostic records as part of the new-patient experience.
- Perform a comprehensive iTero wellness scan and use the technology to help patients better understand their oral health.
- Educate patients about their current oral health, areas of concern, and recommended treatment.
- Clearly explain why treatment is important, helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall well-being.
- Use intraoral images, X-rays, iTero scans, and other diagnostic tools to make patient education visual, simple, and easy to understand.
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients so they feel confident moving forward with recommended care.
- Provide thorough, gentle, and high-quality preventive hygiene care.
- Take excellent care of our recare patients, maintaining continuity and building long-term relationships.
- Identify changes in patients’ oral health and communicate findings and recommendations effectively with the dentist and team.
- Reinforce home-care recommendations and help patients establish healthy habits.
- Deliver an experience that makes patients feel heard, educated, valued, and cared for.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless experience from hygiene to diagnosis and treatment.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Is warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Has excellent communication and patient-education skills.
- Is passionate about helping patients understand the “why” behind their dental care.
- Is comfortable using technology and excited to incorporate tools such as iTero into patient education.
- Takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care.
- Is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Builds strong relationships with patients and enjoys seeing them return for their recare visits.
- Works well as part of a collaborative dental team.
- Understands that a great hygiene appointment is about both excellent clinical care and an excellent patient experience.
