Full Time Dental Assistant Needed
LOCATION
Santa Monica, CAWe are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our dental practice as a key member of our clinical team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a dental setting and a strong interest in providing excellent patient care in a single-doctor office.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing x-rays as permitted, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring good communication skills, a friendly attitude, strong organization, and a willingness to learn. A team-player mindset is essential, along with the ability to support both patients and staff in a professional manner.
Cross-training is not required, though it is a plus. A high school education is preferred. This position offers a 1-hour lunch break, parking in a structure paid for by the employer, PTO, and vacation after 1 year.
Compensation for this role is $28–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a supportive general dentistry environment while contributing to quality patient care and a well-run office.
