Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Dental Assistant at Bayonne Smile Center, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate dental professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities:
Assisting dentists during various dental procedures, including cleanings, restorative work, and surgeries.
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing dental instruments.
Taking and developing dental X-rays as needed.
Greeting and preparing patients for treatments or procedures.
Providing patients with post-operative instructions and care.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting treatment plans.
Managing inventory and ordering dental supplies as required.
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program preferred.
Dental Assistant certification or license in the state of New Jersey.
Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using dental software and digital X-ray systems.
