New, state-of-the-art dental office looking for upbeat, experienced patient relations coordinator to join our founding team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice dedicated to excellence in oral health.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will be responsible for leading office team members, coordinating with doctors, handling patient interactions, and maintaining a high standard of treatment presentation. Job duties involve answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing mail and inquiries, billing and insurance processing, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive, and professional individual with a passion to bring treatment to patients.

Office Administration: Manage scheduling, organization, and treatment presentation to patients. Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked with the help of the clinical team.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, process payments, and manage budgets. Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation.
Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach efforts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Background check required.
High school diploma required.
2+ years of proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Proficient in insurance processes such as insurance verification and claims submissions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to present treatment plans effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Exceptional communication skills to keep doctors and hygienists on track to daily schedules.
Knowledge of Oryx highly preferred.
