Scott Family Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our established fee-for-service dental practice in Montgomery, Texas.

The ideal candidate is an organized and dependable leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience, supporting team development, and helping the practice achieve its operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-office and practice operations
Lead, coach, and support the dental team
Maintain an exceptional patient experience from scheduling through checkout
Manage scheduling, treatment coordination, collections, and accounts receivable
Monitor practice performance, production, collections, and other key metrics
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
Maintain efficient workflows and ensure office policies are followed
Coordinate with providers and team members to meet practice goals
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee performance
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable practice standards

Qualifications:

Previous dental office management or dental leadership experience required
Strong understanding of dental terminology, scheduling, treatment planning, insurance, billing, and collections
Denticon experience preferred
Experience working in a fee-for-service dental practice is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, patient-focused, and results-driven
Comfortable tracking and improving practice performance metrics
