Registered Dental Hygienist Full-Time With Work Life Balance

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused dental hygienist to join a dynamic, multi-specialty clinical team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values strong patient relationships, high-quality care, and collaboration across a broad range of disciplines, including general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and multi-doctor care.

In this role, you will provide exceptional preventive and periodontal services while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. You will work closely with doctors and clinical team members to support comprehensive treatment planning and deliver consistent, individualized care in a PPO and private practice setting.

Responsibilities include performing thorough periodontal assessments, taking digital radiographs and intraoral images, delivering patient education on home care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending about one hour with each patient to ensure quality, attention, and a comfortable experience. This position also includes a one-hour lunch break and a schedule of Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, providing full-time hours in just three days.

We are looking for someone who brings excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and able to build trust with patients through clear education and a professional chairside presence. An active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license and current CPR certification are required.

This opening is available because the current dental hygienist of 9 years has to take time with her family, creating an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established role with a strong patient base and supportive staff. You will be working with modern technology and digital dentistry in a collaborative environment where quality care and patient experience are top priorities.

Compensation is competitive at $55–$58 per hour, not including bonus potential. Hygienists currently employed with us average $80 per hour with bonuses.
