Join our dynamic team at a comprehensive dental practice that has proudly served our community for over 25 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time General Dentist who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care in a friendly and supportive environment.
Our practice specializes in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, predominantly accepting PPO and Fee-For-Service patients. With a loyal patient base of over 90 adult patients per day and a dedicated front desk and clinical team, you will be surrounded by professionals who prioritize both patient satisfaction and teamwork.
As a General Dentist in our office, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced dental technology, including Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), intraoral scanning (IOS), milling systems, and 3D printing. For the right candidate, we are pleased to offer training in implant dentistry to enhance your skills and expand your practice capabilities.
We value communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Your ability to connect with our patients and provide compassionate care will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
We offer ample parking on-site for your convenience, and you will enjoy a structured workday with a 1-hour lunch break. The part-time role provides flexible scheduling, allowing for a healthy work-life balance that adapts to your needs.
Compensation for this position is competitive, offering a daily rate of $1000 or 40% of adjusted production—whichever is higher. Additionally, we provide a Continuing Education benefit of $2000 per year after six months of employment, ensuring that you have opportunities to grow professionally.
