Part Time Hygeinist

M3 Dental is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing private practice team.

Our office combines the trusted reputation of a long-established practice with a modern approach to patient care. Under the leadership of Dr. Muizz Merchant, we are committed to providing exceptional dentistry while building meaningful relationships with our patients and team members.
We are currently looking for a hygienist to work 2 days per week with the opportunity for growth as the practice continues to expand.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Conduct periodontal assessments and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Take dental radiographs as needed.
Assist the dentist with patient exams and collaborate on treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
Provide exceptional patient care and comfort during treatments.

Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Experience in a dental office setting.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Familiarity with Dentrix dental software and electronic charting is a plus.
