Hygienist for Private Family Practice (2-4 days/week)

ABOUT THE POSITION
Havana Street Dental is located in central Aurora at Havana & Mississippi near Costco, Target, Kohls, Sprouts, Ross, and many other stores. We primarily see adult patients, but often see families as well.
This role is one-column hygiene with 1-hour prophy and perio maintenance appointments. You would be one of two hygienists in the practice.

SCHEDULE
We are seeking someone to either work either 2, 3, or 4 days. We are currently open Monday - Thursday, but we are moving to a TUESDAY - FRIDAY schedule starting May 1:
Tuesday: 6:30 - 4:00
Wednesday: 7:30 - 5:00
Thursday: 7:30 -5:00
Friday: 7:30 - 4:00
We have a 10 minute morning huddle at the start time, and then patients are seen at the top of the hour after that.
We are flexible with your availability leading up to May 1, and you would be able to pick which days work best for you.
HOW WE PRACTICE
* Research‑based care: Arestin, Curadont, SDF
* We are open to new techniques or instruments you love
* Technology: Open Dental, handheld X‑ray units, intraoral cameras, CBCT/pano
* Our dentist keeps many procedures in‑house (extractions, grafts, implants, aligners, Botox, sleep and snoring appliances), so you’ll collaborate closely on diagnosis and patient education
COMPENSATION
As a small private practice, we’re proud to offer a strong benefits package. Full‑time (4 days) and part‑time (3 days or fewer) hygienists are eligible for different benefit options.
* CE reimbursement: $400/year for full time, $300/year for part time
