RDA (Registered Dental Assistant)
LOCATION
Austin, TXWe are seeking a reliable, compassionate dental assistant to join our dynamic pediatric dentistry practice. Our team is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience in a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where children feel safe and parents feel confident. This is a full-time position in a single-doctor, pediatric office that values teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include performing rubber cup coronal polishing on young children/ teens under doctor supervision, taking radiographs, charting oral findings on a computer, sterilizing instruments, and assisting the doctor with treatment. Our candidate must have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, a high school education, and strong communication skills. Coronal Polishing Certification is preferred, or the candidate must be eligible and willing to take the course. We will cover tuition for the coronal polishing course in October with an employment commitment.
We provide disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for PPE. Additional benefits include paid sick and vacation time. A 1-hour lunch break is provided. Parking is available in this beautiful retail area in our lot directly behind the office. This position offers an hourly rate and the opportunity to grow within a supportive pediatric dental team.
