Our practice, led by Dr. Michalski, has been serving the Rocky Hill community for over 20 years, offering comprehensive dental care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We specialize in a range of services, including general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, dental implant surgery, and full mouth rehabilitation. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated part-time dental hygienist to join our talented and lively team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional dental hygienic care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform essential duties including periodontal screenings, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings.
- Effectively utilize modern dental technologies such as digital radiography and intraoral cameras for diagnostics and treatment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, treatment options, and preventive care to promote optimal dental health.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our dental team to maintain a positive and productive office environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental hygiene, preferably in a general, surgical, or prosthodontic practice.
- Strong communication skills to foster patient relationships and promote a family-friendly atmosphere.
- Proficiency in treatment and dental technologies including Dentrix and DEXIS is preferred.
- CPR certification and familiarity with infection control protocols.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Our modern, state-of-the-art facility prioritizes patient comfort and utilizes the latest in dental PPE to ensure a safe work environment. With ample onsite parking and a structured approach that allows you to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour with each patient, you’ll find a perfect balance of efficiency and patient care.
