We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a private practice setting. Our office provides comprehensive dental care across General, PPO, and Private practices, and we are committed to fostering a supportive and team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by performing a variety of essential duties, including:
- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and assessments using advanced technology.
- Utilizing Eaglesoft and Sirona software for patient records management and treatment planning.
- Managing patient scheduling to optimize workflow and enhance the patient experience.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and promoting preventive care.
- Providing specialized care in Pediatric Hygiene and Periodontal Treatment.
- Administering anesthetics for Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental hygiene role.
- Proficiency with Intraoral Camera and Schick digital imaging systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current dental hygiene license and certifications.
Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a structured schedule that includes:
- Monday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 1 PM - 7 PM
- Thursday/Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9 AM - 4 PM
(the 9-5 days during the summer hours: 9 AM - 4 PM)
