**Position: Bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator (Implants & Full Arch)**

Canopy Dentistry is looking for an experienced, high-converting **Treatment Coordinator** who excels at guiding patients through life-changing restorative journeys. If you have a deep understanding of full-arch (All-on-X) protocols and thrive on building trust with patients, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Present complex, high-ticket treatment plans, focusing on single/multi-unit dental implants and full-arch restorations.
* Conduct clear, empathetic consultations in both **English and Spanish**.
* Overcome patient financial barriers by presenting flexible payment options (third-party financing, phased treatment, membership plans).
* Manage the full-arch patient pipeline from initial consultation to final delivery, working closely with the surgical and lab teams.
* Follow up consistently on unaccepted treatment plans to maintain a high case acceptance rate.

**Qualifications & Skills**

* **Language:** Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
* **Experience:** 2+ years of experience presenting high-ticket implant and full-arch treatment plans (required).
* **Skills:** Strong understanding of dental terminology, implant workflows, and financial arrangements (CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Sunbit, etc.).
* **Traits:** Dynamic communicator, highly organized, and committed to exceptional patient care.
