Registered Dental Assistant

LOCATION
Irving, TX

We are seeking a motivated and dependable dental assistant to join our growing team full time as we open a new location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fairly new startup general dental office that focuses on patient comfort and creating an anxiety-free environment. We are a single-doctor practice that works with PPO and private patients, and we value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas, and strong skills in customer service and dental terminology. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. While cross-training is not required, it is a plus.

Responsibilities will include assisting chairside, supporting daily clinical operations, and helping ensure each patient has a smooth and comfortable experience. The office provides disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for PPE. A 30-60 minute lunch break is provided, and ample parking is available in front and back of the office.

We offer PTO and a pay range of $20-25 per hour. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and ready to grow with our team.
