We built this by curating a collective of people cut from a similar cloth, driven to do the right thing and do it well. When people take pride in their work, everything moves smoother, and that's the whole point of the culture we've curated: a place where people get to rise to the occasion and actually excel in their craft. Team members here have worked across implants, PRF, digital lab design, all-on-4s and more. The world is their oyster, and their growth happens at their own speed.

You'll be the patient's ambassador, the extended hands of the doctor, treated as a critical piece of the team and trusted to lead the patient experience in the treatment room, not just assist it. And you'll do it inside a private practice built to fit into life, not consume it: 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, no weekends.
