Dental Hygienist needed 2-3 days per week

We are seeking a skilled and motivated dental hygienist to join our modern general dentistry team in a supportive, patient-focused environment. This long-term position begins at 2–3 days per week and has the potential to expand into a full-time role. We are a small, well-established office with a broad scope of care, offering everything from routine hygiene appointments to advanced procedures such as root canal therapy, 3rd molar extractions, bone grafting, and implants.

We are especially focused on delivering the best possible patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities include comprehensive hygiene services, periodontal screening and treatment, calculus removal, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatment, oral hygiene instruction, oral cancer screening, gingivitis screening and treatment, antimicrobial and antibiotic therapies, impressions, sealants, whitening procedures, charting, patient education, and treatment planning. Experience with chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, digital charting, sterilization procedures, and patient recall systems is also important. Familiarity with software and equipment such as Eaglesoft, DEXIS, Medit, Schick, NOMAD Pro, KaVo, and intraoral imaging tools is preferred. Experience with restorative and specialty procedures including implants, fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, veneers, orthodontics, and Invisalign is a plus.

Additional qualifications include CPR certification, bilingual ability, and confidence working in a fast-paced general practice. Candidates should be comfortable supporting patients of all ages, including pediatric hygiene, and should demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical judgment.

We offer a modern, clean, and well-organized workplace with free onsite parking. Personal protective equipment is provided, including disposable gowns, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Compensation is $60–80 per hour, based on experience. We also offer PTO, sick leave, and paid training for HIPAA and BSL. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated hygienist looking to grow with a progressive dental team.
